Unfortunately, we cannot provide a breakage guarantee on our ceramics.
Unfortunately, you cannot pick up items in the workshop as we are switching to sending our ceramics from a web hotel and therefore do not have them in stock in our workshop.
Unfortunately we do not have space for a shop in the workshop. We refer the place to our many wonderful dealers. See dealer list here
We currently ship to most countries in Europe and the number of countries is continuously expanding.
Useful information
The delivery time is 1-3 business days for all ceramics that are ready to ship and 3-6 business days for all collection items that are not in stock.
For special orders of ceramics, e.g. Name flags, the delivery time is 4-10 business days.
It is possible to pick up goods from the workshop by appointment.
You can of course return your ceramics to us.

Nb Custommade / personalized ceramics such as name flags and special orders, e.g. specially made world flags to order, cannot be returned.
Put some elephant gum or double-sided tape under your ceramics so it will better withstand small pushes, dog tail wagging, or curious fingers.
Earthenware ceramics are not dishwasher safe. Wipe your ceramics with a hard, wrung-out cloth dipped in lukewarm water without soap.
